360º Feedback

To develop as leaders, we first have to understand how we are perceived. Gathering succinct, direct and compassionate feedback is essential to uncovering our key strengths, areas for improvement and effects of our leadership style on those we lead. This powerful diagnostic exercise will not only illuminate your next level developmentally, it will hearten and motivate you to take the next steps.

Process:

  • A feedback preparation call to get to know each other, and explore your self-assessment and goals for the process.
  • 360º Feedback will be gathered in a series of 30-minute interviews with each of your key stakeholders, including direct reports, peers, business partners, boss and spouse/partner if applicable. The focus will be on eliciting feedback on your most significant strengths, areas for improvement and suggestions. All discussions will be kept confidential.
  • 360º Feedback results will be delivered and explored in a 1 to 2-hour coaching session. You will receive an anonymous compilation summarizing perceptions of key strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps.
